I'm based in Pikesville, Maryland, and serve the Baltimore metropolitan area with specialized addiction counseling and treatment consultation. My practice offers individual counseling, group therapy, family therapy, addiction assessments, recovery support, and business consultation for treatment programs. All sessions are available through secure telehealth, making quality care accessible throughout Maryland. If you're ready to explore how counseling can support your recovery or have questions about what might work best for you, reach me via email or call 443-835-8808.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in Carl Rogers' Person-Centered Therapy, which recognizes that you already possess the qualities needed to heal and grow. This humanistic foundation creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges at your own pace. I combine this compassionate framework with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy—evidence-based methods that help you identify self-defeating patterns, challenge unproductive beliefs, and build healthier responses. You receive both the empathy that supports genuine change and practical tools that work in real life.
My commitment to addiction treatment extends beyond individual sessions through leadership, education, and collaboration with professionals across Maryland. This practice accepts most major insurance and offers sliding scale fees to ensure financial barriers don't prevent access to care. Whether you identify as male, female, transgender, or bisexual, and regardless of your age or background, you'll find a welcoming, affirming space where your dignity is honored and your recovery is the priority.
